With the added convenience of connecting your August smart lock to Alexa, you can now easily lock, unlock, and check the lock status using voice commands.

Alexa also offers the feature of notifying you when your battery is running low, allowing you to proactively replace them. To ensure you never run out of replacement batteries, you can set up smart reorders through dash replenishment.

Please note that it is essential to measure your door's backset, cross bore, and thickness to ensure a proper fit for the lock.

The August Smart Lock is designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing lock and keys. It effortlessly attaches to the inside of your door's existing deadbolt, making installation a breeze in under 10 minutes with just a screwdriver.

With the August Smart Lock, you have complete control over granting access to your home. You can provide unlimited access to family, friends, or even the dog walker. Alternatively, you can limit access for a specific period, whether it's weeks, hours, or minutes.

One unique feature exclusive to August is Door Sense. This intelligent sensor notifies you if your door is securely closed or left open, giving you peace of mind.

Experience the convenience of automatic unlocking as you arrive at your doorstep. No more fumbling for keys or struggling with shopping bags and kids. The Auto Lock feature can be timed to lock the door automatically as it closes. This smart lock requires 110 to 240 volts of power supply.

For remote access and Alexa integration, you can add the August Wi-Fi Connect Bridge, which is sold separately.
